Background
My training journey started when I was young in football, in track and field and the need for an outlet. I used to walk a few miles during the summers from football morning practices to the gym a few miles away to continue my workout cause my school didn't have the best facilities. Where I would train for a few more hours then walk back towards the school and I would work summers as a lifeguard.
I went to college ready to complete as a pole vaulter and badly injured my hamstring for the third time beginning of winter season freshman year and my track career was done.
After spending a decade focusing on sports to now no longer being an athlete, a gap was created.
This was filled once again in my training and my need for an outlet against my depression, anxiety and fighting urge to drink myself to death in school. Training has saved my life on more than one occasion....
I finished my degree in Biology, Completed my MS. in Exercise Science and completed an internship with Princeton University.
Post grad I struggled getting my feet wet in the business and worked a few other jobs till catching my break here in NYC. Which I uprooted my life from Berks County PA, to Brooklyn NY. Little meatball big city.
After 3 years at a globo gym I Went private and started my own business.
Training was always a staple in my life. Its given and given and given and has asked for two things in return, Hard work and consistency.
This is the mantra Hard work, Consistency and Discipline will guide us to amazing things.
